1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the rental of the “Seeholiday” holiday apartment in Meersburg and to bookings and enquiries made through this website and the connected booking process.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the accommodation on this website is not a binding offer. “Book now” takes you to the external booking process, where the travel dates, occupancy, total price and applicable terms are shown before you submit the booking. The booking becomes binding only once the deposit stated in the booking process has been received. Enquiries via the contact form or by email remain non-binding.
4. Services and prices
The services and total prices shown in the booking process before submission and subsequently confirmed are authoritative. Any additional costs are shown before the booking is submitted.
5. Payment terms
The information in the booking process and booking confirmation is authoritative for the payment method, due dates, deposit terms and the point at which the booking becomes binding.
6. Arrival, departure and use of the accommodation
Confirmed arrival and departure times are binding. The accommodation may only be occupied by the confirmed number of guests. Guests must treat the apartment and its contents with care.
7. Cancellation by the guest
Cancellations are governed by the conditions shown before the booking is submitted and provided with the booking confirmation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation by the host
The host may withdraw from the contract if force majeure or other circumstances beyond their control make performance impossible, or if the guest fails to make due payments despite a reminder. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
The host has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, limb or health. For a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable under the contract. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Final provisions
German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the guest habitually resides. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
